It depends on where you are. All UK orders will be delivered next day if order before 3pm. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All our watches include a 2 year movement warranty starting from the date of your watch's receipt. This warranty safeguards the watch movement against manufacturers' defects for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date.

During this duration, any issues with the movement will be repaired at no cost, with the exception of a £3.95 shipping and handling fee. It's important to be aware that this warranty exclusively pertains to the watch movement and does not extend coverage to the case, glass, or band/strap.

It is essential to note that we cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss occurring during transit. Additionally, damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unskilled repairs, normal wear and tear, or theft is not covered by our warranty. Please refer to our warranty document for further details.

When your order status reads "Unfulfilled," it simply indicates that we've successfully received your order! After shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number, and your order status will be updated to "Fulfilled."

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it's possible that our fraud filter flagged it as potentially fraudulent. We may have also ran out of stock, if that is the case we will email you with an updated lead time on when that product will be back in stock.
